<p>Over more than 20 years, private wealth advisors Capital Partners have established an industry-leading reputation for providing premium financial services to sophisticated clientele. With a focus on building valuable client relationships, Capital Partners combine a ‘whole of life’ philosophy with financial expertise to deliver richer results driven by purpose.</p>
<p>While Capital Partners is synonymous with a high calibre of service among those familiar with its name, its brand was not expressing the same level of esteem to the wider market. It was up to Distl to realign the Capital Partners brand with the quality of its offerings and differentiate the firm from its competitors by communicating its unique brand story. Throughout the rebranding process, it was essential to consider the future strategic direction of the business and accommodate for internal legacy planning.</p>
<h2>How We Got There</h2>
<p>At the heart of the rebrand was the redesign and redevelopment of the Capital Partners website. Taking a magazine style approach that draws influence from distinguished publications such as The Economist and Financial Review, we developed a communicative site that is heavily copy driven. We crafted inviting headlines followed by snippets of valuable information that would resonate with the Capital Partners target audience.</p>
<p>The new Capital Partners website design is sleek and elegant, with simple scrolling animations and sophisticated imagery that departs from the visual style traditionally associated with financial services. UX and site speed was considered from the outset, with a lean web build using WordPress and Gatsby for a seamless end result. Brimming with searchable knowledge hub content and detailed personalisation tools, the Capital Partners website is quite literally a wealth of information that upholds and demonstrates its industry reputation.</p>

<h2>The objective</h2>
<p>When WA’s largest independent medical equipment provider discovered a gap in the market for mortuary equipment, they also discovered the need to create a separate brand to market these products. While many of their products are suitable for general medical use, mortuary equipment has one key target market – funeral homes. To cater to this niche, they wanted to create something completely different to their existing brand. Something dynamic and fresh, yet caring and dignified. They came to Distl to develop a new name and a distinct look and feel for this mortuary equipment company. We needed to clearly communicate this new brand in a website that would introduce this company to the funeral service industry.</p>
<h2>How we got there</h2>
<p>Our branding team Luminosity went on an in-depth branding journey that eventually led to what is now known as SOVA. The name SOVA (meaning ‘sleep’ in Swedish) is simple yet memorable, and when paired with the tagline ‘dignity in motion’, it balances innovation with a human touch. Once the full brandmark and brand theme was fleshed out, all the wording was crafted and a professional photoshoot coordinated, we were able to design and develop a sophisticated website that would bring the brand story and offering to life. Our SEO specialists were also involved in the website development, ensuring the site was built on a strong SEO foundation that would benefit SOVA in the long term.</p>
