Full management, co-management, or a plan you run yourself

Some businesses want us to run everything. Some have someone in-house who needs a plan, training and a hand with content. Some just want the strategy. We set it up whichever way suits your team and your budget.

Either way, it’s run by our Perth team, with the same people shooting your content, writing your captions and reporting on what worked. It’s part of our wider social media marketing.

Let’s talk

It starts with a strategy

Before we post anything, we look at your audience, your competitors and where social can help your business. You get a posting plan, content pillars and a style guide, built around one or two goals we can measure.

We run it with you, or you take it and run with it. If you’re after a strategy only, that’s a job on its own, and we’ll check in once your team has had a go.

What Working With Us Looks Like

Your First Month

Your organic social engagement begins with a workshop. This is a collaborative two-hour session where your brand voice, audience, content pillars, and platform strategy are established together.

After the workshop, you receive a social media strategy deck. It covers your target market, platform approach, content pillars, and visual direction, including in-feed mockups.

Profiles are then optimised (bios, highlights, cover images) to reflect the strategy. You are onboarded to our content approval tool so you can review and approve every post before it goes live.

The Monthly Content Cycle

Content production follows a repeating monthly cycle. Each month begins with a content brief built from your strategy, current trends, and any seasonal or business priorities you flag.

Photography and videography are scheduled at regular intervals. Depending on your engagement level, shoots happen every six months or every quarter. You receive the raw and edited content for review before it enters the scheduling pipeline.

Your specialist then builds the month’s content calendar: captions, visuals, and scheduling times. You review the calendar, flag any copy or design changes, and your specialist actions revisions before posts go live.

What You Receive

Monthly reporting covers follower growth, organic reach, engagement rates, and your best-performing posts, along with recommendations for what to adjust.

Quarterly reports add platform trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and a visual breakdown of what worked and what did not.

At higher engagement levels, these quarterly reviews are delivered in person, with your specialist presenting year-on-year comparisons and quick-win recommendations.

Do you need organic social at all?

Not always. Organic social on its own rarely brings in a steady, trackable flow of leads. What it does well is give people a reason to trust you when they check you out, and give your ads proven content to run.

If your budget would do more on Google or paid social, we’ll say so. We’ve written about what organic social media really costs you, including the hours it takes in-house.

What it looks like when it works

When Just Kernelz opened Perth’s first gourmet popcorn store, we ran organic social alongside paid from the start, with content that jumped on food trends while they were hot. They’ve since grown to more than 6,500 social followers and gone from one store to over 30 stockists. See how Just Kernelz grew.

Every month you see what we posted, what it reached, and what we’d change, so you’re never guessing whether it’s working. We also set your profiles up to be found in search, through our social media SEO.

Social media management questions

How much does social media management cost?

It depends on how many platforms, how often you post, and how much content we shoot. We’ll quote once we know those, and there’s no lock-in contract.

What’s the difference between paid and organic?

Organic is what you post to your own profiles for free. Paid is what you pay to put in front of people who don’t follow you yet. Most businesses need a bit of both, and the same content can do both jobs.

Is organic social good for driving sales?

Not directly, for most businesses. It builds trust and keeps you in front of people who already know you. If sales are the goal, put paid behind your best posts.

Which platforms should we be on?

The ones your buyers use, and only as many as you can keep up properly. That’s part of the strategy, and the answer is often fewer than you’d think.

How do you measure organic social results?

Against the goals in your strategy. Usually that’s reach, engagement and saves, plus visits to your site from social, rather than follower counts on their own.

How much will you do for us?

As much or as little as you need, from a strategy your team runs to full management with content shoots, posting and community management.

Not sure how much help you need?

That’s normal, most people aren’t. Tell us who’s posting now and what you want out of it, and we’ll tell you if it’s a strategy, a hand or the whole lot.
