While Activ is very well known within the disability space, there are many established organisations offering NDIS support services. The team at Activ needed us to communicate their unique differences and give people a compelling reason to choose them as their provider.
Our digital marketing team developed an SEO strategy to boost their visibility in search results, drive qualified traffic and increase enquiries for their services.
Content
Our primary goal was to demonstrate how Activ can help people with disability. We fleshed out their website content and created a hub of resources, making it easier for people to find the information they need.
Every month, we produced blog content to address FAQs and provide guidance to people at varying stages of their independence journey. While each blog was written with an SEO keyword focus, we were more concerned with creating valuable content for their audience. With each new piece of content, we consistently built relevancy, authority, and trust.
SEO
Activ was already generating healthy traffic from users searching for their brand name. We needed to get them ranking higher for service-specific keywords, particularly for their accommodation offering.
Within the accommodation silo, we built out separate pages for each individual vacancy. We took a similar approach to real estate websites, filling each page with relevant property content.
Our strategy proved to be effective, with a large proportion of users navigating to and converting on these pages. Following our efforts, the site is now ranking in the top 5 for all disability accommodation related searches.
Result
Over the course of a year, we’ve delivered great SEO results and built a strong working relationship with the team at Activ. We have now been engaged to manage their PPC and recently launched our first Google Ads campaign together.
