Bellfort
The partnership between Bellfort and Distl is one that has evolved over the years. When they first approached Distl, Bellfort was looking to increase their presence in organic search results for commercial interior design and fit-out services.
Over an 18-month period, our digital marketing specialists undertook several activities to strengthen SEO for the Bellfort website. It soon became clear that while our efforts were generating results, we needed to completely redevelop the site to further improve performance and maximise conversions.
Bellfort generally prefer to take on larger scale fit-outs that require creative thinking and artistic flair. As it was, the Bellfort website failed to fully showcase the design capabilities of its talented team and it was not aligned with the Bellfort brand.
It was up to Distl to design and develop a site that would express the essence of Bellfort and continue to build on the existing SEO work completed by our digital marketing team.
Web
As Bellfort produce cutting edge designs, we wanted to ensure we delivered an equally innovative website using the latest technology. Our web developers used React to build a visually driven site that capitalises on project imagery. Noticing the volume of web traffic visiting the existing gallery, we expanded this section of the site to include a case study component with a call to action to capture these visitors.
Branding
To integrate the Bellfort branding into the website design, our team expanded on the existing orange, black and white colour scheme, incorporating the rose gold colour used in the logo.
As the Bellfort logo also included a geometric icon, we further developed this shape and included it within various aspects of the website design. Given the strength of the Bellfort brand, our design team chose to slightly modernise the look and feel, rather than taking the design in a completely new direction.
Result
Since launching the new site, Bellfort have experienced a greater variety of enquiries, receiving requests for fit-outs for all sorts of commercial spaces, rather than standard office designs. The site has also demonstrated a marked improvement in page speed scores, and we continue our relationship by providing Bellfort with ongoing SEO services.
