The Brief
Distl had worked with an EBM team member in 2016 when building a website for their former employer. As a result of the positive experience, Distl were recommended and fortunate to be selected to build the new EBM Insurance and Risk website.
When we started discussing the new project, business was strong however the existing website didn’t reflect EBM Insurance and Risk’s vision for the future or their refreshed brand image. The site didn’t effectively tell their story or communicate their value proposition.
Further to this, the team expressed a desire to enhance the user experience, technology platform as well as address a number of technical, functional and UX issues. As an insurance company the site security was paramount.
